Practical Information
Wear comfortable clothes that you can easily move in.
Use a yoga mat.
Sometimes we might use props, so have to hand a yoga belt (or dressing gown belt does the job nicely!) and a pair of blocks (rolled blankets / firm cushions also work!).
Have a blanket, socks and warmer layers for the relaxation at the end of class.
Leave 1-2hrs after eating before your class.
Yoga Classes
I’ve just set up my class schedule on a platform called Ubindi.
Please have a look at my schedule and sign-up for classes here.
"I continue to learn on a daily basis and my classes are fun and as challenging or as gentle as you need them to be."
"Jackie is a fantastic yoga teacher and I'd recommend her to everyone. Her classes are different every time and have the perfect mix of movement, mindfulness and connection. Thank you, you're an absolute star."
