Everything I love about all forms and styles of yoga has integrated itself into my own practice and I share all of this when I teach. I continue to learn on a daily basis and my classes are fun and as challenging or as gentle as you need them to be.
I teach Vinyasa Flow Yoga, Power Yoga, HIIT Yoga & Yin Yoga. I also offer Bespoke Yoga (1-2-1), which can be tailored to the customer’s needs & requirements.

Fun facts about me
I am a 2nd Dan Black Belt in Tae Kwon-Do.
In my spare time I love to ride my motorbike!
